The Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Image Processing and Analysis (in Portuguese, Laboratório Interdisciplinar de Processamento e Análise de Imagens) is a research group composed of scientists, professors, and students from the Federal Institute of Triângulo Mineiro (IFTM - Ituiutaba, MG, Brazil), Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP - São José dos Campos, SP, Brazil), Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU - Uberlândia, MG, Brazil), University of São Paulo (USP - Ribeirão Preto, SP, Brazil) and São Paulo State University (UNESP - São José do Rio Preto, SP, Brazil).
Our research interests include the following:
Computer vision;
Medical image computing;
Artificial intelligence;
Machine learning.
Our research projects are mostly applied to histopathology images, white blood cell images, and magnetic resonance imaging.
